PTTA DROP-IN-ANCHORS

Drop-in anchors are made of a metal sleeve with a flange at one end and a threaded hole at the other end. The sleeve is inserted into a pre-drilled hole in the material being fixed, and a machine screw is then inserted into the threaded hole and tightened.
As the screw is tightened, it pulls the flange of the anchor against the bottom of the hole, causing the sleeve to expand and grip the surrounding material. This creates a strong, secure fixing that is resistant to vibrations and movement.
Drop-in anchors are available in different sizes and materials to suit different applications. The most common materials used are zinc-plated steel and stainless steel.
